What caught my eye about Odd Garden is the wild, playful character that comes out of each installation and garden-design. I enjoy plants in their raw form, put together in organic and asymmetrical ways that make them look even more beautiful than they already are.

Nature is sensual, constant and dynamic; capable of adapting and developing.  I look at it as a massive, deep and intricate web of microecologies spread throughout all conceivable locations within the material city.

My work explores the intrinsic relationship between physical and social structures; the self—both as spirit and as human body—and Nature.
How do we interact with our Natural and built environments? And how are these interactions informed by our personal sensorial understandings of material and Natural space and their representations?
I am interested in processes of design and art that are at once restorative and progressive, and that challenge us to question the sociopolitical and cultural restrictions we place upon our interactions with and within our architectural surroundings.
