THE WAY OF WATER
Design and realisation of a temporary installation for the launch of ‘Avatar 2’ movie at ‘La Lanterna’ in Rome – Via del Corso. For the presentation of the new chapter in James Cameron’s saga, a set design was conceived to frame the large screen with a heterogeneous and varied plant choice recalling the seabed and tropical forests. Through the careful choice of each individual plant, the aim was to represent the different elements characteristic of the film in order to lead the visitor to interact in a concrete way with the director’s visionary reality and imagine himself, at least for a moment, on planet Pandora.
